By accessing and using LMI Executive Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Liability Waiver: LMI Solutions and its independent drivers are not liable for delays, missed flights, or interruptions caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen events.
• Passenger Conduct & Damage: All passengers must adhere to local laws, including wearing seatbelts. Any physical damage, spills, or biohazards caused by a passenger inside the vehicle will result in an automatic minimum cleaning/repair fee of $250 charged to the payment method on file.
• Strict Cancellation Policy: To ensure fair compensation for our drivers, any ASAP cancellation made at any time after a booking is confirmed will incur an immediate 20% penalty fee. If a driver has already accepted and is en route, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. For scheduled rides, payment is captured immediately to reserve your chauffeur; any cancellations will be refunded minus the applicable penalty fee.
• Zero Tolerance: Drivers reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a ride immediately if a passenger exhibits abusive, illegal, or heavily intoxicated behavior, without refund.
